What I do

  • My traditional work showcasing classical training with precise anatomy and expressive portraits. Works show correct proportions, confident linework, and thoughtful values, plus strong character and mood. It includes structured studies (skeletons, muscles, gesture sequences) and finished portraits that balance technique with subtle storytelling: convincing poses, believable lighting, and strong emotion.

  • My primary method of creating is digital involving weaving together all the traditional skills I’ve learned into pieces that burst with vivid color with richer, more meticulous detail.

  • I paint murals and love the work. I turn walls into stories with bold designs, clear colors, and sizes that read both up close and from far away. My portfolio includes sketches and color studies, mockups on site photos, progress shots showing technique, and final photos that show the work in context.

Process

I start with the sketch after being provided the prompt “have compassion”. I thought the sun holding a bunch of funky little flowers showcase the slogan pretty well. Additionally giving them fun and goofy faces was a good fit considering this is a mural for a children’s club house.

After sketching out my thoughts and ideas, I then finalize the sketch into a more finished draft and experiment on a few mockups before running it by my client.

After getting the final few critiques, in this case remedying the creepy eyes and getting the sun wart removal surgery. After finalizing the colors, I am now ready to paste the image onto the wall I want to paint it on.

After sketching the lines in, filling them with colorful house paint, then putting in many good hours of work I was left with
